Bok Gyo Jeong, professor of Kean University (USA) gives a guest lecture on civil society's role in policymaking and advocacy. The event is hosted by the Institute of Social Studies at ELTE Faculty of Social Sciences.

The title of the lecture is: Civil Society and Government Governance – Civil Society's Role in Policymaking and Advocacy, with an Emphasis on the Human Rights-based Approach – South Korean Experience. The lecture is based on the findings of a research project that Bok Gyo Jeong published with the support of the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL).

The event is organized for the students and professors of Community and Civil Development Studies MA, but open to everyone who is interested in the subject.
