Tamás Győrfi will hold a lecture on The Functions of Constitutions and the Institutional Challenges of Constitutional Review.

Tamas Gyorfi is Professor at the School of Law of the University of Aberdeen. His research interests include legal theory, comparative constitutional law and constitutional theory, with a particular focus on constitutional adjudication. The lecture will cover the functions of constitutions and discuss the general role and different institutional forms of constitutional review.
