WHAT DATABASES SHOULD YOU KNOW? - WILEY ONLINE LIBRARY

The Wiley Online Library has got one of the biggest journal collections. From 1998 to present provide content, that means we can find nearly 6 million articles in the database. Like in the next weeks, we talk about a multidisciplinary database so we can find journals and articles in  several fields of science. Opposite the previous databases after the division of science by field and the usual grouping within it, now we find a breakdown by topics too. This means, if we choose the Social sciences, and in it the sociology now not (only) find the articles and journal but also we find more choosable themes under the Sociology. That will be confusing if we select a topic and we will find books among the results to which we do not have access. But on the left side of the page we can choose from the options so only the journals from will be shown to us.The searching area works in the traditional way and in this opposite of the previous week’s database we have an possibility to advanced search.
