Incoming exchange mobility - After the mobility
1. What is the process of closing mobility?
Your closing documents (transcript of records, certificate of attendance) can be prepared only after you have completed the following steps.
- Check your grades in the Neptun at Exams/Taken exams and at Studies/ Gradebook by choosing the current semester.
- Please check in the Neptun/Finances and fulfil payment obligations if you have, because transcript of records cannot be issued in case of outstanding balance. How to pay your fees.
Final step is to fill in a questionnaire (you will receive its link via e-mail in June/December). You can indicate here that you wish to collect the closing documents (certificate of attendance, transcript) personally or it is enough to receive via e-mail.
2. When and how will I receive the Transcript of Records?
After you filled in the Closing the mobility questionnaire, the International Office will issue your Transcript of Records. Based on your request regarding your documents (hard copy or digital version, or both) you can book appointment and collect the requested documents personally in the International Office before your departure, and/or you will receive the signed documents via email following the end of the exam period.
3. How can I get my Certificate of Attendance signed?
After you filled in the Closing the mobility questionnaire, the International Office will issue your Certificate of Attendance. Based on your request regarding your documents (hard copy or digital version, or both) you can book appointment and collect the requested documents personally in the International Office before your departure, and/or you will receive the signed documents via email following the end of the exam period.
4. I would like to extend my mobility for another semester. How can I do that?
In case you would like to stay and extend your mobility for another semester, please contact your international coordinator at the sending university. If you are eligible to extend your mobility, your home coordinator should inform the International Office of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
