Study Mobility modification/ cancellation
1. I’m a scholarship winner, but I would like to spend my Erasmus+ study mobility in a different semester. Can I do that?
Yes, if you wish to modify the semester of your awarded mobility, please notify your faculty international coordinator via email as soon as possible, who will contact the host institution.
2. I’m a scholarship winner, but I would like to spend my Erasmus+ study mobility at a different partner university. Can I modify the host institution?
Unfortunately, no, if you wish to spend your Erasmus+ study mobility at a different partner university, you will need to submit a new application during the next application period.
3. I would like to cancel my Erasmus+ scholarship. What should I do?
You can cancel your application or, in the case of a successful application, your mobility by clicking on the OPTIONAL: Cancel application/stay (irreversible!) link in the Mobility Online workflow – General actions (Optional) section. After doing so, please notify your faculty international coordinator by clicking on the "Notify your faculty coordinator about the cancellation of your application/stay" link.
4. I cancelled my Erasmus+ scholarship, but in Neptun my student status is ‘Erasmus’. What should I do?
If you have already cancelled your Erasmus+ scholarship, but the Academic Registrar’s Office still changes your active student status to Erasmus status in Neptun, please notify your faculty international coordinator via email as soon as possible, who will contact the Academic Registrar’s Office.
