The Faculty of Social Sciences, ELTE cordially invites all freshly graduated students, their family members and friends to the Graduation Ceremony on July 3, 2026.

We would like to draw the attention of prospective participants to the fact that the schedule is still subject to change, and the order of the programs listed below does not indicate any sequence or priority. The final program will be compiled by the Academic Registrar’s Office based on the feedback received and will be sent to the affected participants.

Morning Graduation Ceremony for students of Hungarian-language programs

At the ceremony beginning at 10:30 a.m., graduates of the Hungarian-language programs will receive their diplomas:

  • Social Pedagogy MA

  • Social Policy MA

  • Sociology MA

  • Literature and Art Therapy in Social Work Postgraduate Specialist Training Program

Afternoon Graduation Ceremony for students of English-language programs

At the ceremony beginning at 2:30 p.m., graduates of the English-language programs will receive their diplomas:

  • Community and Civil Development Studies MA
  • International Relations BA
  • Sociology BA
  • Cultural Anthropology MA
  • Ethnic and Minority Policy MA
  • International Relations MA

Photos and videos will be taken at the graduation ceremonies, which will appear on the faculty's Facebook page, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels, as well as on the faculty's website. If you don not consent to be photographed or recorded, please stand/take your seat on the mezzanine level, in front of the café.
