Admission periods:  

EU citizens / applicants holding a permanent residence permit in the EU: from 20 March to 30 April

Non-EU citizens applying as a self-funded student: from 20 March to 30 April

Non-EU citizens applying for Stipendium Hungaricum / Diaspora Scholarship: the admission period is defined independently from the university, generally in November, please find the details here:

Application fee: 

EU citizens / applicants holding a permanent residence permit in the EU: 9000 HUF (non-refundable)

Non-EU citizens applying as a self-funded student: 9000 HUF (non-refundable)

Non-EU citizens applying for Stipendium Hungaricum / Diaspora Scholarship
 

How to pay: 

You are required to pay the application fee (non-refundable) at the following link:  ELTE Online Fizetési Rendszer

Please follow the instructions below carefully: 

1. In the Faculty dropdown menu select the Faculty of Social Sciences 
2. In the payment title; please selct the application fee option
3. In the Subtitle field, select the programme level you are applying for(BA,BSc/MA,MSc/PhD)
4. Fill in your billing details exactly as you provided in the application form. Please make sure all data is entered truthfully and accurately.
