The Faculty of Social Sciences at ELTE – with Karolina Lendák-Kabók as the main organizer – was hosting the COST TraFaDy’s Action meeting “Policy and Impact – Effective Policies Supporting Transnational Families”, between 4–6 March 2026.
The meeting of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Action Transnational Family Dynamics in Europe (TraFaDy) brought together around 50 researchers from different countries. This is the second time in two years that researchers of the network have gathered in Budapest at the Faculy of Social Sciences, ELTE to work together.
At the event, the MIXED MTA–ELTE Momentum Research Group also presented its five-year research project entitled “Mixed Families: Identity and Belonging in Post-Conflict Societies.
